Hi everyone. I’m Noel, the creator of The Archivist 👋 This started as something deeply personal. A few weeks ago I was looking through old family photos and realised how many stories were slowly disappearing - tiny memories only a few people still remembered, moments that would vanish if nobody captured them. I built The Archivist so families could keep those stories alive while the people who hold them are still here to tell them. The Archivist lets you speak a memory aloud, and it instantly: ✨ transcribes it ✨ enhances it (while keeping your voice and emotion) ✨ links it to people in your family tree ✨ saves it as a beautifully formatted story I made it fast to use, simple for non-techy family members, and private by default. Why it matters to me My own family has lost so many stories because we didn’t write them down. I didn’t want that to happen again. So this is the tool I wish we’d had years ago - something effortless, human, and emotional, not another social network full of noise.
