Artificial intelligence, machine learning, economic instability — is content marketing dying? In our opinion, no — and we have the facts. We surveyed 278 content marketers to understand their content strategy, goals, and future plans (plus the future of AI).
Hi, Product Hunters 👋
In a digital landscape where AI, budget cuts, and algorithm updates seem to be ever-changing, it begs the question: Where does that leave content marketing? Is content marketing a dying industry?
Quite the contrary.
We had the same questions, so Clearscope and Siege Media teamed up to get the answers.
We're excited to share the launch of our Content Marketing Insights and Trends Report for 2023 (and beyond).
We surveyed 278 content marketers to understand their content strategy, goals, and plans for the future (and the future of AI).
The results?
Investment in content marketing is higher than ever, and for a good reason. From blog content, videos, podcasts, and social media to eBooks, and interactives, the development you need to beat the competition is no easy feat.
However, when businesses properly direct content marketing efforts, 54% of businesses report their content marketing strategy outcomes to be very successful.
On the artificial intelligence end, 19% of businesses that use AI content generation tools reported experiencing a very successful content strategy, and 24% of businesses that do not use AI content generation tools also reported experiencing a very successful content marketing strategy.
The jury is still out on the influence our robot friends have on outcomes, though we’re eagerly anticipating how it evolves over time.
We're stoked to provide these insights and help catapult your content strategy efforts in the year ahead — up and to the right. 📈
