Greetings, everyone! My name is Son, represent ThankTrip team to share our journey to make ThankTrip. I myself am a very passionate traveller, and I want to build a platform with smart tools that can simplify the travel planning process as well as book services according to personal wishes. I started my business 7 years ago and it was a long journey of trial and error many times. When the covid pandemic happened, I also thought about giving up, because at that time almost all the resources and the old team had given up. But really fortunately, at the end of 2021, I met new members who are better and have the same passion as me, and my team started from scratch... 😇😇 Imagine when you want to travel, you will spend a lot of time choosing a place, a place to stay, a way to travel, a schedule. Now ThankTrip will simplify that process for you, the rest is for travelers to choose the trip that best suits their needs, and especially they can customize that trip easily. Currently, we provide travelers with tools so that they can easily make travel plans quickly such as choosing tourist destinations, accommodation, places to eat, along with the service of designing a customized trip, with a few simple steps, visitors will have a satisfactory trip. Besides, visitors can choose from the library of trips a journey close to their wishes and then modify it a bit to suit their own preferences. This will save a lot of time designing itineraries for each traveler. Finally, these trips will be sent to travel agencies for them to quote and even suggest a more optimal itinerary. With a team of travel partners, we build a Saas with powerful management tools so they can optimize sales and customer support processes. For example, it is easy to create a trip library to serve customers, easily receive requests for a journey, manage the status of customer requests, quickly customize trips to satisfy customer needs and have reasonable quotes.
