Tezos

Tezos is an exciting new blockchain technology that is focused on secure, high value smart contracts. Tezos brings a number of innovations to blockchain including a platform developed in Ocaml, a new turing complete smart contract language - Michelson, a proof-of-stake model that puts the power of chain management and upgrades into the hands of the token holders, and a self-amending protocol that automatically propagates improvements as voted on by the stake-holders. Tezos is managed by the Tezos Foundation, and had a fundraiser in July which raised over $232B to fund platform and application development. Tezos is anticipated to launch in Q4, 2017.
