I wondered: what if the QR code *was* the design? The technical challenge was making it actually scannable. QR codes have built-in error correction, which gives you some room to play — but filling every module with text characters while keeping the code readable took a lot of iteration. The "Hello" example in our gallery was the moment I knew it worked. We're part of qrc.to, which has been building design QR codes since 2012 — so the foundation is solid. TextQR is the next step: not just styled QR codes, but ones that communicate even before you scan.
