Build snippets that do more than paste text. TextPilot lets you create dynamic snippets with custom fields, dates, and conditional logic, then use them across the web, from everyday forms to complex editors, CRMs, and messaging apps. Its clean, practical interface keeps advanced features easy to use, whether you're writing quick replies or handling repetitive workflows. All text expansion and dynamic snippet features are free, with no subscriptions, premium plans, or paywalls. No account needed.

One thing I wanted to get right when building TextPilot was keeping it simple without sacrificing functionality. It's a text expander you can download and start using immediately, with a clean, modern layout that makes everything easy to find. No unnecessary complexity.
At the same time, I wanted it to offer more for people who need it. That's why advanced features, like dynamic commands and custom fields, have their own dedicated section, separate from the basic experience.
I also put a lot of effort into compatibility. TextPilot works across many websites and complex web editors where traditional text expanders often have trouble working properly.
The idea was simple: make something easy to use from day one, but powerful enough to handle more demanding workflows.
