👋 Hi everyone — I’m Adam, a solo developer behind TextFixer. I built this because I often second-guessed my own writing — especially in public messages, emails, or applications. I’m fluent in English, but like many non-native speakers, I still make small mistakes or write clunky sentences. It’s frustrating when your message is solid, but the grammar weakens it. Then Apple announced "Intelligence" — but locked it to only the latest iPhones. Most people still use older devices, especially internationally. So I built TextFixer: a tiny Shortcut that fixes grammar, typos, and clarity in any app. It uses ChatGPT behind the scenes, via a custom proxy, so it even works in countries where ChatGPT is blocked.
