The no-account, one-text-to-start onboarding is genuinely frictionless, that part's well solved. My hesitation is more about discovery and trust once the catalog gets past a couple hundred agents - how do you vet what an agent actually does with the number and message content once you've texted it, since there's no app permission screen to eyeball like there would be on a normal app store?

@galdayan We run tests before launching to vet. maybe could open source the process!

@stannno Open sourcing the vetting checklist would go a long way - even a simple published rubric (what the test suite actually checks before an agent gets listed) would let users judge trust without you having to build a full review system. Would genuinely use that as the "permission screen" equivalent.
