This could be a conference-call note-taking game-changer! I tested it out on a call just now, and the notes came out pretty rough. I'm assuming that will get better over time as your algorithm "listens" to more conversations and learns. How do you plan on getting the volume that you need to quickly improve the AI translation? The pricing isn't cheap, which seems to work against you in getting a mass amount of users to frequently record their calls. Also just wanted to point out a minor UI bug - when you tap "Change Plan" on the profile page it comes up with "No plans" to choose from. Good luck building this, I think it could become extremely useful for people who spend too much time on conference calls every day :).

@nneuman thanks for the feedback! We definitely have a lot of improvements coming to our speech recognition models, and training data is a big piece of the puzzle -- our daily active users are helping us get there quickly. A few other tips we've found for better accuracy: 1. Avoid speakerphone, or better use a headset (we love AirPods!) 2. Take calls indoors without background noise 3. Tetra works better for 1:1 calls than dialing into conferences right now Apologies for the plans bug, we're on it :)

As an investor that spends a lot of time on the phone with founders, using Tetra is a huge help. Our firm is on pace to do ~ 200 investments in the next couple of years with a small team so leveraging tools that help us scale up our work is crucial...and Tetra is one of those tools. Tetra allows me to be more engaged on calls and the Highlights feature makes it easier for me to get my teammates up to speed on the conversations I'm having. Also love being able to go back into my calls and search for specific questions I asked and compare responses across companies. It has been exciting seeing how quickly the Tetra team has moved with this product!
