It's super-easy to use. The NLP feature can easily save a lot of time as it helps write test cases in simple plain English, and that's also why anybody can use it with zero programming knowledge. Also, the customer support is so responsive! I'd recommend everyone to give it a shot.
Open Source is not an option and we have enrolled for PRO. What we understood is that there's a steep learning curve.
