League bowlers keep their averages by hand because the scorekeeping apps out there are subscriptions, ad-heavy, or abandoned — and, worst of all, most won't let you get your own history back out. So I built TenthFrame. What makes it different: • Two-layer input — one tap per ball, or tap the pins you leave for pin-by-pin detail • Splits detected from the pin geometry, not a hard-coded list • Every stat has a written-down formula (in Help) so the numbers match what you'd count by hand • Your data is yours — CSV export + import, works fully offline, no account, no ads, no tracking • One-time $9.99 — no subscription. Free covers your last 30 games; the unlock adds all-time stats, ball management, and CSV. Built entirely with SwiftUI / SwiftData, 100% on-device (the only network call is the App Store purchase). The scoring engine is dependency-free Swift with 60+ tests, because "stats that don't match the bowler's own math" was the exact problem I set out to fix.
