Teknobot AI is a fully managed WhatsApp assistant for businesses. It replies to customers instantly around the clock and logs every inquiry — pricing, stock, orders — so nothing gets lost in busy chats. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, it follows tested flows for critical info and can hand off to a human anytime. Our team sets it up, trains it on your business, and keeps improving it — you just get the results without running the software yourself.

Adding analytics on which questions get asked most often would be really useful. That way you can spot gaps in your product info or FAQ and update them proactively instead of waiting for customers to get confused.
@arife364310Great suggestion! Analytics on frequently asked questions is something we'd love to add, it'd help businesses spot content gaps proactively. Really appreciate the idea!
The fact that it runs on Meta's official Cloud API instead of some sketchy workaround is a big deal for trust and deliverability. Smart move leaning into that transparency instead of hiding the plumbing.
@ouzhan1949682 Exactly! We wanted businesses to trust the underlying tech, so building on Meta's official Cloud API instead of workarounds was a deliberate choice. Thanks for noticing!
A small thing but it would help a lot if the assistant could detect when a customer sends a voice note and either reply with a voice note back or at least transcribe it before processing, right now I think it only handles text which feels limiting on WhatsApp where people send a ton of audio.
@kerimova89863 Thanks for the feedback! Voice note transcription is definitely on our radar, really appreciate you flagging it, it'll help us prioritize the roadmap
honestly the smart handoff to a human mid-chat feels really well thought out, like they actually thought through what happens when the bot gets stuck instead of just leaving people in loop hell.
@necdet644676 Glad that resonated with you! We wanted to make sure the bot knows its limits and hands off smoothly instead of frustrating customers.
