The problem isn't finding tools: it's finding one that won't become another problem. After years testing Asana, Trello, Notion... I was missing the answer to: who does what? SimplyTeam focuses where it matters: on who you delegate to. Every team organizes as they prefer with personal tags, not imposed projects. You control your deadlines, not others'. Everything in one place: conversations with clear ownership, inbox, "Pending review", read receipts, calendar. No noise. Assign, discuss, close.
One thing that would really help me is a lightweight weekly digest email showing what each person owes me and what I owe them, so I don't have to open the app daily just to keep mental tabs on outstanding tasks.
@ibegen72484 Great suggestion — we actually just shipped this. Every Monday at 7am you'll get a lightweight digest email grouped by person, showing exactly what each teammate owes you (open tasks you assigned them, plus anything they've marked done that's waiting on your review) and what you owe them (open tasks they assigned you). No need to open the app to keep mental tabs anymore.
It's on by default — you can toggle it off anytime in Settings → Notifications ("Weekly digest by person") if it's not for you.
