Teamster

I've built Teamster because my day job has been fully remote for the past 5 months and my previously close team are becoming like strangers. We only talk on pre-determined, calendared video calls and it's just about work. I imagine this is the same around the world. We're now starting to recruit new people and it's almost impossible to get to know them on any human level. So... I built this app. I've tested it with my own teams and it's proved to be a hit. Profiles are made up of questions like - Who would play you in a movie of your life? - What's the best advice you ever got? - If you could live as someone else for a day, who would it be? - Fave TV Show, Movie, Band, Book Plus more. They are purposefully weird and fun and I plan to keep adding more. I can tell you I was actually genuinely surprised by how much conversation this app provoked in my team. I've made it free and intend to keep it that way for a few reasons 1) I don't want HR or other management types to be the gatekeepers to this app Yeah I guess it's not a few reasons, that's basically it. I want as many people as possible to be able to setup a team and invite their team members quickly and without any red tape. I do have a roadmap for the product but I'm waiting on user feedback to see where I take it next. Thanks! PS. This is what a fully complete profile looks like, should anyone be interested.
