Unlike traditional black-box name pickers, TeamShuffle is built on matchday transparency. Every team split generates a unique serial number stamp directly on the result card, providing an audit-ready reference for all players. Additionally, TeamShuffle combines skill-weighted squad balancing with a full decision suite including 3D dice, coin flips, and decision wheels all inside a zero-friction, login-free Progressive Web App

Hey everyone!
Excited to share TeamShuffle with the Product Hunt community today.
We built TeamShuffle because picking balanced teams for recreational sports and game nights should take 5 seconds, not 15 minutes of arguing.
What we built it differently:
• Skill-based matching: Prevents lopsided teams by balancing player ratings mathematically.
• Unique serial numbers: Every shuffle gets a reference stamp directly on the card so everyone knows the selection is final and transparent.
• Integrated utilities: 3D dice, coin toss, and spin wheel built right into the app.
• No barrier to entry: No login, no app store download, and no paywalls.
Give it a spin at https://teamshuffle.win and let us know what you think! We’re eager to hear your feedback and ideas for future updates.

Love the serial number idea for keeping things honest. One thing I'd love to see is exporting the balanced teams along with the serial stamp as a PDF or image, so coaches or group leaders can share the result in group chats or pin it to a board without everyone having to screenshot. Would make the audit trail even more useful.

One thing that would make it even better is letting you save common player lists or skill weights as presets, so you don't have to re-enter the same data before every matchday. That would save time for coaches running weekly sessions with the same group.
