Hey everyone!
Built TeamPulser because team check-ins at my last job were pretty ass - long surveys and cringy retro calls that nobody really wanted to participate in, and then nothing ever changed anyway.
We're trying to make it simple: quick pulse checks that actually lead to action. Survey recipients are nudged both via Slack and via email.
Still figuring things out, but early teams seem to like it. We provide you with a ton of pre-made SWE-specific survey questions, but you can also think of your own.
You can also make the surveys anonymous(!), this way the responses are usually more honest and actually more helpful. Radical candor and so forth.
Would love to know - what's been your experience with team feedback tools? What actually works?
