I checked it out and want to say that Teammy is a great application that adds value to HR managers and business owners. For example, Daily Pulse allows companies to see the mood of employees, which is really cool. The integration with ERP is another useful feature that many products don't have.

I think this is a great extension for use in any company. It makes it possible to constantly receive feedback from employees (even remote ones) and track the effectiveness of the team as a whole!
