How do you validate your tax models as regulations change across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia?

Honestly, keeping up with four different tax systems is a massive beast, but we handle it by combining automated edge-case testing with official government benchmarks. We continuously run simulated profiles through our calculators to make sure they match local tax agency standards down to the penny. As we scale, our goal is to bring on local CPAs in each region for regular code audits to keep everything tight and compliant!
Quick story: I built the first version of this calculator for myself when I was
deciding between staying as a freelancer vs incorporating as an S-Corp. I was paying
an accountant $200/hr to run scenarios, and I still wasn't confident in the answer.
Spent a weekend building a simple calculator. Did the math 50+ times. That's when
I realized: the bottleneck isn't the calculation—it's that most people don't *try*
it at all because the setup feels intimidating.
That's why I made this free and multi-country. If it saves one person $5K in
unnecessary self-employment tax, it was worth building.
