Taskade has completely transformed the way I manage both personal projects and team workflows. It's one of those rare tools that manages to be powerful and flexible without feeling overwhelming.

What stands out most is the AI integration — it's genuinely useful, not just a gimmick. Being able to generate task lists, summarize notes, and get suggestions right inside my workspace saves me a huge amount of time every day. The AI agents feature in particular is impressive, letting you automate repetitive parts of your workflow in a way that actually makes sense.

The real-time collaboration is seamless. My team can jump into the same project, make edits, and see updates instantly — it feels as smooth as any dedicated collaboration tool out there. Combined with the beautiful templates library, getting a new project off the ground takes minutes instead of hours.

Cross-platform support is also excellent. I use Taskade on desktop, browser, and mobile and the experience is consistent across all of them. No feature gaps, no clunky mobile experience.

The UI deserves a special mention — it's clean, modern, and genuinely enjoyable to use. It strikes the right balance between minimalism and functionality.

If you're looking for an all-in-one workspace that combines task management, docs, mind maps, and AI-powered automation, Taskade is absolutely worth trying. It's become an indispensable part of my daily workflow.

I’ve been a Taskade affiliate and was genuinely excited to promote the product, but my experience with their affiliate payouts has been extremely disappointing. I have unpaid affiliate earnings that, according to their own policy, should have been paid out more than 60 days after conversion and on the first of the month once the minimum threshold was met.

Since November 2025, I’ve sent multiple emails to their support and partnership contacts with all the necessary details, but I never received a clear response or resolution. Instead of addressing the issue, they eventually blocked me on X, which feels unprofessional and dismissive for a company that claims to value its partners.

The product itself can be good, but if you’re considering joining Taskade’s affiliate or partnership program, be aware that payment delays and lack of communication seem to be a recurring problem, not just a one‑off incident. Until they honor existing commitments and improve their support, I can’t recommend them to other affiliates.

It’s especially powerful when used in tandem with Notion—leveraging both platforms can create a surprisingly effective workflow. What really sets Taskade apart is its UI and branding. The use of gradient pops throughout the interface adds a vibrant, modern touch that makes it genuinely enjoyable to work in. While it may not be as feature-heavy as Notion in some areas, the overall user experience is smooth, intuitive, and visually inspiring.

I don't understand the raving reviews of this tool. It's far too complicated to be useful. I don't even know what it's supposed to be. A wiki? project management tool? automation platform? I think it's trying to be too many things at the same time and definitely isn't for small businesses with less than 5 or so team members.
