One thing I'd love to see is a way for the dashboard to flag recurring complaints or keywords across reviews, so I can spot patterns and fix the actual problem instead of just replying to each one. Would make the AI replies way more useful over time.

the physical NFC card idea is honestly the smartest part. skipping app downloads and search fields just to leave a review removes every lazy excuse. really clean thinking
