Having worked on large API initiatives, I’ve found that a lot of developers hit dead ends and don’t know where to turn. Some give up, others may end up posting on StackOverflow. The path to getting unblocked can be slow and particularly painful if deadlines are involved. While API engineering teams typically want to help, they need specific details before they can provide a useful response. Tapioca takes a unique approach by doing the legwork of gathering context automatically, providing self-service request analysis to catch simple issues (like missing properties, incorrect types or URL paths) and consolidating support and feedback tickets into a managed dashboard for API engineering teams. We’re currently in Beta and are looking to partner with a small number of developer platforms.
