Give your Android phone a task in text or voice. Tapilot runs the agent on your phone and uses Midscene to read the screen and act. Replay the steps afterward. Optional Skills and Codex integration connect over Wi-Fi. Requires your own model setup.

Hi Product Hunt š Iām building Tapilot to make Android automation usable from the phone itself.
Describe a task in text, or speak after setting up a speech provider. The agent runs on Android, uses Midscene to understand screenshots, and performs actions through Android accessibility. You can inspect the execution report afterward.
The phone-only workflow needs no connected computer, ADB or root. Model inference still uses your configured provider. Skills and a Codex plugin offer optional Wi-Fi control from a computer.
This is experimental. You need an ARM64 Android 11+ phone, accessibility permission and a supported vision model. Start with a small task and check the screen; a successful-looking reply is not proof that the task worked.
What is one task you would want to try this with? Iām especially interested in where the setup or execution breaks down.
