I’m Kai, CEO & co-founder of Tapget.

One cold winter, I was living in NYC, I spent nights hunting for the city’s hidden restaurants — the places that felt extraordinary in person but didn’t show up that way online. I kept seeing amazing food and passionate owners with either no reviews or vague one-liners like “good food.” That gap stuck with me: 92% of people check reviews before spending money, but only 1% actually write them. So we built Tapget to solve that exact problem.

What Tapget is

Tapget is “one-tap AI reviews for Google & Yelp.” With a simple NFC tap or QR scan, customers land on a guided review flow where AI turns brief praise into detailed, authentic reviews that highlight what actually matters — the hand-pulled noodles, the perfect latte, the friendly server who made your night — while also powering social follows, tipping, coupons, Wi-Fi access and more.
