Tap Loyalty: digital stamp cards for independent cafés

I built Tap Loyalty after watching independent cafés run their loyalty on paper stamp cards. Customers lose them, forget them, and owners never find out who their regulars are. The digital options I found asked customers to download an app or scan a QR code at a busy counter, and most people never do.

So Tap Loyalty works the way paying already works: staff press Stamp, the customer taps their phone, and the card in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet fills up. The first tap asks for their first name. Every tap after that is instant.

A few things I cared about:

Can't be gamed. A stamp needs staff to press Stamp, the tap code works once and expires in seconds, and the café sets a daily limit per card.
Reviews at the right moment. Right after a customer redeems a free coffee, they're asked for a Google review, at most once every 90 days.
A page for every café. Menu, prices, reward rules, map and social links in one place.
Regulars keep their paper stamps. Staff move them over on the first tap.

It's £24 a month per venue, no contract. The first 10 cafés in the pilot pay £12 a month for their first year.

Feedback I'd really value, especially if you run a café or know someone who does: what would stop you from switching from paper? And what would you want the café page to show that it doesn't yet?
