Hey Olav! It looks really awesome cause team work can define the company boundaries. If teams can work properly, then you'll be able to reach all the goals you set as founder. Hope everyone see the same and wish you all the best here!
Tarjei Vassbotn
Thanks a lot @german_merlo1 ! Tana for Teams is one of the areas you can expect to see a lot of great stuff coming

Tana is supercharging my productivity. I particularly like the voice to structured output work-flows. Tana is also the hub for managing all my tasks.
Aurora
@arne_tonning1 The one and only! Thank you for your ongoing support!
Hilde Dybdahl Johannessen
@arne_tonning1 Thank you Arne! I agree, I love the voice to output work-flows. It's just so refreshing to be able to do work not tethered to a screen.
Olav Sindre Kriken
Thanks, @arne_tonning1! There are not many people that have been as helpful as you have on our journey. And we are just getting started 🚀
Ev Chapman
@arne_tonning1 agreed. Voice workflows have changed how I get work done in Tana
Tarjei Vassbotn
THANK YOU @arne_tonning1 ! Without you, we wouldn't be here!

Thanks @parham_shafti! You stand out for your ability to give excellent technical feedback...as well as finding an incredible amount of different ways to ask 'when are you going to ship mobile' 😀

I'd been struggling finding a note-taking app for me for a long time, and randomly overheard a conversation of someone talking about a small startup called Tana on the train in to Oslo one morning. I joined the community later that day, and by the weekend I had watched at least 10 videos on Tana, and bought an online course for an application for the first time in my life. It was the first time I've felt that an application really resonated with how I want to capture information. Tana has since developed into a powerful tool for me in my professional career - I'm not a PKM guru or feel the need to take notes for my daily life, but I genuinely believe that if you are a working professional and not using Tana you might be doing yourself a disservice. More so if you work with specific accounts and have routine contact with your customers. For me - it was all about tasks and to-dos, which Tana does like no other. Tana will grow with you - and I spend a good chunk of time thinking of how I can do things differently. But once you get the SuperTags set up, its so intuitive, and I know I have barely scratched the surface. Looking forward to seeing what's in store for the future - and big congratulations to the team!

@martin_nordli_mathisen That is so great to hear Martin! Overhearing-on-train is a super cool story of you finding out about us. It's really exciting to be building tools that people love and use in their life in such a way. ^_^
Brage Bang
@martin_nordli_mathisen Thanks for a thoughtful review 🫶 I also stumbled across Tana back in the day and then it slowly took over my knowledge work from client management to long-form writing! This team (which I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of) is going to the MOON!
Martin Nordli-Mathisen
@odinu I remember distinctly they said it was "a Norwegian version of Notion" and looking back that was massively underselling Tana's capabilites!
Ev Chapman
@martin_nordli_mathisen what a truly interesting way to hear about Tana! Love that story. I agree - any knowledge worker would be crazy not to be using Tana
Tarjei Vassbotn
Wow @martin_nordli_mathisen, thanks for sharing the story and thanks for your support!

Hey Tana Team. Congratulations on this huge milestone - one of many, I hope. Anyone who has followed me online will know I have tried an inordinate amount of note-taking/PKM apps and, at the same time, posted my fair share of criticism and complaints (and praise, on occasion). But one thing is certain: Tana is one of the most powerful note-taking apps I have tested. The ability to quickly capture information, categorise it without losing context, and retrieve it through powerful queries and searches means you have everything at your fingertips. The possibility of creating a web of information through backlinks, seeing your content in different views or surfacing what you need at the touch of a button is second to none. The recently released mobile apps mean that we can take our notes with us on the go (although there is still quite a bit of work needed to make the mobile experience flawless). On top of it all, the team behind it is incredibly passionate and has great ideas (there are things in Tana that I did not know had even been invented). The ability to work on so many fronts while listening to user feedback, and incorporating this into Tana, is phenomenal. There is no denying that there are a few additional features that I would like to see in Tana, but I would certainly not hold back from recommending it. If you are serious about note-taking, information retention, and, more importantly, retrieval, I would give Tana a shot and see if it can elevate you to the next level. Looking forward to seeing what the Tana team has in store for us next.

Thank you @ednico! Not only for the support now, but for the continuous feedback. This launch is just the beginning and we're really looking forward to future milestones and launching those missing features 🔥
Tarjei Vassbotn
Thank you @ednico ! With the launch and mobile (minus Android) out of the way, expect to see "additional features" coming more often!

Absolutely incredible app - have tried so many consumer and B2B notetaking / workspace tools. To me this is like Notion meets Obsidian with the spirit of Roam Research... programmability/power/plugins, ease-of-use/interface for those powerful features that's much cleaner, ability to-refind and re-visualize information as databases, Kanbans, etc. Most importantly can put in notes anywhere and they flow to where they need to be (never have to remember where I put a note or what "database" it has to go into – just add it wherever and can tag to have it auto-add itself to as many "databases" as you want. Fluid and the only tool I regularly use AI in as part of the tool itself because it's so integrated Congrats on the official launch!

@marc_koenig1 Thank you Marc 🫶 I don't mind that way to view the Tana lineage at all 😄 Your video about Tana is still my #1 go to to give a thorough overview overview of what Tana can do.
Tarjei Vassbotn
Thank you @marc_koenig1, and THANK YOU for all the help we've gotten from you. You 100 Tana Tips is incredible!

Marco Serafini
🎉 Huge congratulations to the Tana team on your Product Hunt launch! As a productivity consultant and system designer, I’m always on the lookout for tools that help me stay organized and efficient. Tana has become an essential part of my workflow, allowing me to keep track of tasks, meetings, contacts, and key information all in one place. But what truly makes it stand out is the way it adapts to how I think and work, rather than forcing me into a rigid structure. Tana has also been invaluable for organizing and managing the many moving pieces involved in my work with clients. Whether I’m mapping out ideas, structuring knowledge, or keeping track of key project details, it’s been a reliable companion that helps me stay focused and in control. Excited to see what’s next for Tana. Wishing the entire team all the best on this big milestone! 🚀

@marco_serafini Exciting times, Marco! 🫶 🎉 Thanks for being a powerful voice in the Tana community (and a great Ambassador)! "Tana has also been invaluable for organizing and managing the many moving pieces involved in my work with clients. Whether I’m mapping out ideas, structuring knowledge, or keeping track of key project details, it’s been a reliable companion that helps me stay focused and in control." This is exactly how I discovered Tana as well. Mapping projects and clients with moving parts like this!
Tarjei Vassbotn
Thanks a lot for the best wishes @marco_serafini ! We hope to really pay you back in terms of new and improved features in the future!
