How does the auto-categorisation actually work when I just type something casual like "spent 12 on lunch with sam"? Does it learn over time or is it pretty fixed out of the box?
@ezelunluwzqh Good question. Under the hood it is an AI model that reads the whole sentence, not just keywords, so it picks up on context like lunch or coffee to choose a category, even with casual phrasing or typos.
It also improves over time. If you ever correct a category, TallyMsg remembers that for your account and gets better at matching your personal style of logging expenses. Moreover, you can create custom categories if you want.
Finally, an expense tracker that doesn't make me open yet another app. Just texted my lunch to the bot and it sorted it instantly, dashboard showed the category right away.
