Hello Product Hunt community!

We are thrilled to introduce TallyCal—a scheduling solution designed to simplify the task of finding the best time for your group meetings.

Why We Built TallyCal
We were frustrated with the overwhelming ads and cluttered experience on existing scheduling platforms. They made planning meetings and events frustrating—not something we felt good about sharing with our groups. So, we created TallyCal—a cleaner, ad-free scheduling tool with a seamless UI and no login required to create or participate in polls. Simple, intuitive, and distraction-free.

Why Is TallyCal Better Than The Rest
✅ TallyCal is simple and free!
✅ No login required
✅ No ads
✅ Share your scheduling poll with a simple link
✅ Custom text questions
✅ Hide results from participants
✅ Notifications
✅ Unlimited participants
✅ Multiday events

What type of polls does TallyCal offer
3 different types of polls for flexibility
👍 Traditional Yes/No Poll - Create a list of dates and times. Participants can select 'Yes', 'If Need Be', or 'No' for every poll option.
🔥 Heatmap Poll - Create a grid with dates and times. Participants can click and drag across the grid 'paint' the time slots that they are available.
📋 Signup Form - Participants can register for tasks, time slots, or items, often used for organizing activities and events.

Jackson Wells

I love how straightforward TallyCal is .Does it also support recurring meeting polls?

Stephen Charles
@jackson_wells not yet, but that is something being considered alongside automatic distribution to the group.
Ethan Lennon

The idea is solid. Does TallyCal work with Slack or Microsoft Teams to make coordination smoother?

Stephen Charles

@ethan_lennon Not yet, but that is something I can explore if there is enough demand for it.

Nikitaben Bhikhabhai

The idea is fantastic especially since it’s ad free.

Samuel Briskar

The ad-free experience and simple UI are a breath of fresh air! Love how it makes scheduling so straightforward.

Stephen Charles

@samuel_briskar Thanks! It's a shame the competitors have filled their pages with so many ads!

Juan Smith

This tool is super convenient but how does TallyCal protect privacy when collecting availability information from multiple participants?

Stephen Charles

@juan_smith1 The host can choose to keep participant submissions private or public on the page. Once a participant submits their availability, they can edit it later until the poll is closed. After it is closed, the data that is submitted belongs to the host just like and survey or form tool.

Alan Rivera

This is awesome! Most of the tools I upvote and comment on directly help with my SaaS but this one will help with my DND game nights!!
