Hey Product Hunt! π
I'm excited to launch TalkSwap today.
I created TalkSwap because making genuine friends online can be difficult. Most platforms focus on likes, followers, or swiping, while TalkSwap focuses on real conversations and meaningful connections.
I'd love to hear your feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improving the app. Thank you for checking it out and supporting the launch!

the conversations actually felt real, not the usual small talk loop. matched with someone in tokyo and we ended up talking for an hour.

@kumsald3fnΒ Thank you so much for sharing that experience! π
That's exactly the kind of connection I hoped TalkSwap would help create. It's amazing that a simple conversation turned into an hour-long chat with someone from Tokyo.
Real and meaningful conversations are what TalkSwap is all about, so hearing stories like this is incredibly motivating. Thanks for trying the app and for taking the time to leave feedback!

love the focus on actual conversations instead of swiping. one thing i'd love to see is small group chat rooms based on shared interests, like a casual space where 4-5 people can just talk about books or music or whatever. feels like it would fit the vibe of building real connections way better than just one-on-one matching all the time

@muammer116619Β Thanks, Muammer! That's a great suggestion.
Small group chat rooms based on shared interests are actually very aligned with the vision of TalkSwap. Conversations around books, music, movies, travel, and other common interests could help people connect more naturally and reduce the pressure of one-on-one matching.
I'm currently focused on improving the core friendship experience, but interest-based group rooms are definitely something I'm considering for future updates. Really appreciate the feedback!
