I launched TalentLint in response to the current hiring practices in the tech industry. Over 15+ years working in tech, I’ve often found it frustrating that developers are expected to prove their skills through take-home assignments or time-limited live coding sessions, which rarely reflect real-world work. TalentLint allows developers to submit a curated selection of projects they are proud of, which are then analyzed by AI. The result is a detailed PDF report that developers can keep and share with recruiters, saving valuable time for both candidates and hiring teams. To support the launch, developers can generate their report for free during the initial release period.
