We built Zeenna after seeing how much time recruiters spend on repetitive first-round screening, especially in high-volume hiring. Many teams struggle to keep up with applications, which often leads to delays, inconsistent evaluation, and a poor candidate experience. At the same time, candidates are frustrated with long processes and lack of communication.
Our goal was to create a simple, scalable way to automate early-stage screening while keeping the experience engaging and human. We wanted recruiters to focus on meaningful conversations and final decisions, not manual admin work. Zeenna is designed to help teams move faster, stay consistent, and give every candidate a fair and responsive hiring journey.
