I’m Vincent Zhu, and together with my team, we’ve created Tails&Frames because we’re passionate about pets and wanted to make it easier for pet owners like us to capture and share those adorable moments.
You know how it is when you have a pet—those times when they’re being super cute, suddenly picking up a new trick, or even making a mess in the funniest way possible. You just want to grab that perfect photo or video to show your friends. But let’s be real: getting that shot or editing it into something shareable can take forever, and sometimes it still doesn’t turn out quite right.
That’s where Tails&Frames comes in. It’s a tool we built to help you turn your pet photos and videos—whether they’re from your phone, camera, or just chaotic pet moments—into fun, shareable content without all the hassle.
Here’s what makes it special:
✅You can quickly find the best clips from your pet videos by typing in what you’re looking for—like “tearing up toys” or “jumping around.” No more sitting through long videos to find that one perfect moment! Then, you can pair those clips with fun, popular ideas and create videos that people will love to watch.
✅It also helps you whip up trendy memes and artwork from your pet’s pictures. It automatically adds cute stickers and captions designed for cats and dogs, so you can share something adorable with your friends in no time.

@zot Thank you Sergei, totally get it. Privacy is non-negotiable. All video processing happens on-device and encrypted, zero footage/audio leaves your home Additionally, we will add a feature pretty soon to enable ‘human detection pause” which will stop recording when human are detected。

@faizanjan_ Thank you Faizan, There are a lot of tech details involved in answering this question. In short: we managed to train several models that run on the device to recognize pet behaviors:
Models to understand where your dog is
Models to classify your cat's movements
Models to analyze sound: barks/meows, environmental noise, and emotions"
Most importantly – all these models run on your device while control temperature strictly
Make your meme on-fire, not your device!
