Hey Product Hunt 👋, I’m Randhir — solo founder of TailorMails.
I’ll be honest — I built this because I was failing at cold emails myself.
Every time I reached out to investors, potential customers, or even collaborations, my emails were either ignored or landed in spam.
I tried templates, I tried writing long late-night drafts — but it always felt robotic.
The worst part? Even when I spent an hour personalizing, replies were close to zero.
That frustration is what led to TailorMails.
💡 The problem I faced
Cold emails are hard.

I wanted something that could:

@shengkun_ye Really appreciate it, Shengkun! 🙏 Before TailorMails, I’d spend hours personalizing and still barely get replies. Now with the personalization baked in, my reply rates are 2–3x higher. Still tweaking things, but it’s already saved me a ton of time (and frustration 😅). Curious — what’s been your experience with cold emails?
