Tagg is a people memory with a personal agent. Make your card once, then anyone you meet scans your QR code and gets your links, no app for them to install. Tagg saves the moment: when you met, where, and at which event, plus your private voice or text notes and a selfie. Later, just ask: who did I meet at Cal Hacks who works on robotics? Tagg answers with their card, the context, and why you should follow up. Free, installable on any phone.

Hey Product Hunt
I'm Prajval, a robotics undergrad at ASU. Tagg started at Cal Hacks this year. The idea, from the original 2 AM spec: you meet someone once, and it remembers them, checks who they are, and handles the follow-up.
How it works:
- You make your Tagg card once: name, headline, your links
- Someone you meet scans your QR with any phone camera. No app for them to install, no account needed to see your card
- Tagg saves the moment automatically: when you met, where, at which event
- You add a private voice or text note and a selfie if you want
- Later you just ask: "Who did I meet at Cal Hacks who works on robotics?" and Tagg answers
What makes it different:
- The other person does nothing. Scan, tap save, done. Sign-up happens on the scan page itself, so the connection survives
- Your notes, places and photos about people stay private. Never shown to anyone
- The network graph is consent-based: friends of friends show up only when everyone involved opted in
- It can talk to your AI through a read-only MCP server (private notes stay off by default; the Claude connector is in early testing)
Who it's for: students, hackathon regulars, conference people, anyone who meets more humans than their brain can file.
What's next? Agent-to-agent call scheduling is coming in the next update. Your Tagg agent talks to their Tagg agent and books the follow-up call, straight from the original spec. I'd love your take on it.
Tagg is free and live at tagg.prajvalarora.com. Works in any browser, installs as a PWA.
Question for you: what is the one thing that would make you actually open this after your next event? Brutal honesty welcome.
