A dashboard view showing real-time decline reasons broken down by processor would be super useful. Right now I imagine I'd know a transaction got routed somewhere else, but not why the original one failed or what patterns to flag for review.

Love that the smart routing and retry-on-decline logic is exposed without forcing customers into a dashboard they didn't ask for. Feels like the team actually thought about what merchants want to see versus what engineers want to build.

The smart routing and decline retries actually work as promised, which is rare. Setup took maybe ten minutes and I didn't have to touch a single API doc.

the smart routing piece is kind of cool, especially the retry on decline thing. hadn't seen that pitched so directly before and the no engineering setup makes it feel way less intimidating for smaller shops like mine

Competition made is daunting but it is one of the vital key of your business so it keeps processing. So we made it opened and accessible, or we just handle it for you and you can just sit and watch!
Love how the smart routing against live MID data is framed as the core feature rather than buried under generic "optimization" language. The vault ownership angle also feels like a real stance, not just a checkbox.
@zlemarulatddea The vault ownership is probably the most under rated feature we have as it's just genuinely included, merchants don't realize how impactful it is, until they come from a payment processor competitor who have frozen their account and their subscription tokens, then when they have to restart everything from scratch, they understand the pain.
