Tableful runs a booking platform to connect Venues, Promoters, and Guests. The core idea of Tableful is to allow the carpooling of VIP tables/zones at night-clubs. We allow groups and individuals to pitch in together to enjoy the benefits of VIP tables.

I've always enjoyed attending music events, which happen to take place frequently at nightclubs and festivals. I've lived first hand through the experiences that have guided me to find this need in the market. We've lived through a time where exclusivity has come to be replaced by inclusivity; Tableful merges the two bringing you inclusive exclusivity. The initial idea for Tableful came to me when I was traveling while studying abroad. There was a combination of mainly two things. As a younger person who didn't have enough money to buy VIP tables, I realized there was a large market of people like myself who would be able to afford the experience if table costs were divided per person. Since then, I've seen this need first hand many more times. However, it is difficult and inconvenient to split the bill with many people in general, and especially at a nightclub, right before trying to leave. Additionally, it is near impossible to hunt for people/groups you don't know to join you and your group to get something together. It would be great if the element of trust wasn't a factor and people could split the costs without having to depend on everyone to pitch in their share in the end. This difficulty nearly eliminates carpooling as an option for a night out. In tandem to this, walking around on the streets, there are plenty of street-level promoters who hand out fliers inviting you to different places. Although there must be a reason venues invest in this sort of advertisement, it seemed to be very inefficient because most of the time there is nothing of value that is added in this exchange and the fliers that are handed out are usually quickly tossed away. Instead, I thought it could be very useful for these promoters to be able to sell their offerings on the spot. When purchasing from a street promoter, lack of trust towards the individuals who are making the sale could deter a buyer; however, if they're purchasing from a reputable site, this issue would be resolved. Instead of having to meet again at a later time to be escorted to the venue by this promoter, with Tableful, guests can now purchase their VIP seats and then go to the venue at their convenience and use the app to get verified and scanned in. Even if the guests don't go to the venue initially suggested by the promoter, the promoters' work is still not lost since if the guests choose to go to another venue on the app using that promoter's promo code (which could include discounts), the promoter will still get commission. At Pepperdine, I studied International Business and Conflict Management. These subjects allowed me to start thinking about the idea of creating this business and what it would take. However, I knew that it would be important to have technical expertise as well; this led me to learn web development. In a way, the desire to bring this idea to life has led me down a path that has helped acquire the skills and domain expertise that would be required to bring it to life. I love the industry this idea takes place in. My energy is refilled from attending music events, and I want to bring an improved experience to all my peers. I have been collecting all the things I know to be required for the success of this project and hope that this journey is only at its start. I look forward to learning all the other things I don't yet know, meeting all the people I am yet to meet, and doing all that is necessary to give this business its best chance for success. I hope that you will also find that this project and I are worthy of attention and assistance.
