Tabbs is a keyboard-first window switcher for macOS. Hold Command, tap Tab, see windows across your Spaces, release to jump.
Really useful for people like me who live in tons of Spaces. One thing that would make it click for me: a fuzzy search fallback once I keep holding Command+Tab past a second or two, so I can jump straight to a window by typing the app name instead of cycling. Would love to see that added.
@melahat38429 Thanks Melahat! That’s a really interesting idea. I especially like that it keeps the quick hold–tap–release flow intact, while offering a faster escape hatch when cycling becomes inefficient. I’m exploring search without adding friction or visual clutter, and triggering it when the user starts typing while holding Command could be a natural fit. Added this to my notes!
Been looking for something like this for ages. The hold-tap-release motion feels super natural and it's wild that macOS doesn't ship this by default. Solid pick.
