Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm excited to share Tab Harbor, a Chrome extension I built to solve the "too many tabs" problem once and for all. We've all been there: you start with a clean browser, and by the end of the day, you have 50+ tiny tabs squeezed together. You don't want to close them because you might need them later, but they're eating up your RAM and your focus. Tab Harbor automatically keeps your browser clean by moving older tabs to Notion. 🚀 How it works: 1. Set a Limit: Choose how many tabs you want to keep open (e.g., 20). 2. Auto-Pilot: Tab Harbor periodically checks your tab count. If you exceed the limit, it saves the oldest tabs to a dedicated Notion database and closes them. 3. Rest Easy: Your tabs are safely stored in Notion. You can restore them anytime with a click or browse them directly in your workspace. ✨ Key Features: - Automatic Organization: No more manual cleanup. - Notion Integration: Turns your browser history into an actionable, organized database. - Context Menu: Right-click to instantly save and close any tab. - Two-Way Sync: Easily restore tabs from the extension popup when you're ready to use them again. - Pinned Protection: Pinned tabs are safely ignored. I built this because I wanted a "set it and forget it" solution for tab management that integrates with the tools I already use. I'd love to hear your feedback! ⚓
