I wanted my diabetes records and the rest of my day in one place
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Gregor, the maker of T1 Arc.
I’ve lived with Type 1 diabetes for nearly 20 years. I built T1 Arc because I wanted to see my glucose, insulin, food and health records together, without constantly switching between apps.
T1 Arc is a free, open-source Android app that brings that picture together.
A few things I’m especially excited about:
- Your records in context: glucose and insulin history alongside food, activity and sleep.
- Tarv1s: ask questions about your records and inspect the calculations, sources and gaps behind the answer.
- Wear OS support: see your glucose on your wrist, with a companion app and watch faces.
- No T1 Arc subscription or account required: the core app and supported local answers work without an AI key. Broader AI questions optionally use your own paid OpenAI API key, with no markup from me.
For me, the useful role of AI here is helping people understand their own records while making it clear what supports an answer. T1 Arc doesn’t provide treatment or dosing advice or replace your medical device’s official alerts.
This started as something I wanted for myself. I’m sharing it because other people might find it useful too.
