Syntrix connects clicks, identities, sessions, checkouts, and revenue into one customer journey. Recover lost attribution, understand where revenue came from, and send better conversion signals to Google, Meta, TikTok, and your marketing stack.
Hey Product Hunt!
We built Syntrix because we kept seeing the same problem: the conversion happened, but the marketing data couldn't explain where it came from.
A customer clicks a Google ad, comes back later from another device, checks out on Shopify/Stripe, and suddenly the purchase shows up as Direct.
Or the ad platform receives the conversion — but never learns that the lead eventually became a real customer.
That's the problem we're trying to solve.
What Syntrix does
- Identity graph, connect anonymous sessions, devices, click IDs, email/phone and customer identities.
- Attribution recovery, preserve the journey across domains, hosted checkouts and redirects.
- Revenue attribution, connect marketing touchpoints to actual conversions and revenue.
- Signal activation, send conversion/revenue signals to Google, Meta, TikTok, GA4 and other destinations.
- Signal health, detect missing, duplicated, failed or suspicious conversion events.
The important distinction is that we're not trying to build another CAPI connector.
CAPI is the plumbing. The customer journey and revenue signal are the product.
Syntrix currently works with e-commerce and is designed to extend into lead generation, SaaS and service businesses where the real problem is connecting the first marketing touch to the eventual revenue.
We're launching on Product Hunt because we want brutally honest feedback from people who work with attribution, performance marketing, analytics and growth.
What would you want Syntrix to solve that your current tracking/attribution stack still gets wrong?
