Upload an Excel or CSV list, check every name and number in a preview, and save them all to your phone at once: Google Contacts on Android, a .vcf file on iPhone. Duplicates are skipped and country codes fixed.
First 10 contacts free.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Amith, a student maker at INOVUS LABS IEDC, Kristu Jyoti College (Kerala, India).
Why I built this:
Every new semester, I watched teachers and coordinators type 60+ phone numbers into their phones one by one, just to create a class WhatsApp group. Event organisers do the same with registration lists. It takes an hour and the typos mean half the numbers don't show up in WhatsApp.
What SyncBatch does:
Upload an Excel, CSV, or public Google Sheets link
Preview every contact: it finds the name and phone columns, adds the country code, flags invalid numbers, and skips duplicates.
Sync everything to Google Contacts (Android) or download a .vcf (iPhone)
What's new since the first launch:
• Try it before signing in: preview your own file right in the browser
• Default country picker (India, US, UK, Gulf, Singapore, Australia and more)
• Labels like "(Class 12-A)" so a batch is easy to find, and delete it later
• Institutional Hub: an admin can send one list to every staff member's phone
Pricing:
The first 10 contacts are free with no card. After that, credit packs start at ₹49 / $3 and never expire.
Privacy:
Personal syncs aren't stored. Your file goes from the browser to your own Google account through Google's official People API.
I'd love your honest feedback, especially if your spreadsheet has a format that breaks it. I'll be here all day replying to every comment 🙏
