Construction software is too complex for the field and too messy for the office. Sync Suite solves this with a decoupled ecosystem: a zero-friction mobile app for crews with free engineering calculators, instantly synced to an AI-powered Master OS giving executives real-time profitability tracking and automated labor rollups.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We are incredibly excited to introduce Sync Suite—a comprehensive software ecosystem built to bridge the massive communication and data gap between the construction site and the back office.
Most construction software fails for one simple reason: it forces complex ERP-style interfaces onto field workers, or it gives executives watered-down, scattered spreadsheets. We’ve solved this by engineering a premium, decoupled ecosystem. Foremen get a blazing-fast mobile app, and executives get an enterprise-grade command center.
Sync Suite consists of two distinct, perfectly integrated platforms:
📱 Sync Crew (The Field App) Built specifically for the tradesmen wearing the hard hats, Sync Crew is a zero-friction mobile terminal. Foremen can log daily hours, report equipment issues, and generate immutable, GPS-verified PDF reports instantly—no account required. Because active jobsites often lack cell service, the app features robust offline caching so work never stops.
To give back to the field, we also bundled in a suite of free, native engineering tools designed for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) workflows. Tradesmen can dynamically calculate travel and cut lengths for rolling pipe offsets, verify cross-sectional cable tray fills against NEC/CEC standards, and run exact wire pull estimates. Our proprietary rendering engine handles the complex math entirely on the client side, giving crews infinite value for free.
💻 Command in Sync (The Master OS) While the field gets a streamlined tool, the back office gets unparalleled visibility. All that pristine field data flows instantly into our desktop executive dashboard. Command in Sync automatically aggregates field logs, multi-project timecards, and material burn rates into an actionable financial ledger.
Instead of waiting for Friday’s chaotic email chains, executives get live portfolio rollups across every active project to see exactly where margins are bleeding. Even better, our integrated AI engine reads every single foreman's daily log and synthesizes them into actionable Weekly Executive Briefs, automatically highlighting schedule delays, safety incidents, and budget risks.
The Master OS also equips office estimators with high-stakes calculators, including:
True Labor Burdening: Protects margins by calculating profitability using fully loaded rates (FICA, workers comp, benefits).
Concrete Yield Estimator: Calculates exact cubic yardage, steel rebar displacement, and pour pacing.
Voltage Drop & Crane Rigging: Verifies NEC branch circuit tolerances and calculates exact sling tension for pre-lift safety.
Why We Built It This Way: We are bringing modern, zero-latency SaaS to an industry that still runs heavily on dirty clipboards and text messages. By providing field workers with the best free engineering calculators on the market, we generate organic adoption. When the back office wants to capture that standardized data and sync it into a real-time financial ledger, they upgrade.
We would love for you to test out the free field tools on your phone, or spin up an executive dashboard and let us know your feedback!
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Zoya here, co-maker of Sync Suite.
To piggyback on the main launch post, I want to dive a little deeper into the engineering philosophy behind Sync Crew (our field terminal) and why we intentionally designed it to be completely decoupled from the back office.
If you've ever been on a commercial job site, you know that cell service is basically nonexistent once you are inside a concrete building core. You cannot force tradesmen to rely on cloud-heavy apps just to do their jobs.
That’s why we engineered the mobile terminal with aggressive offline-caching. A foreman can run complex pipe offset geometry, generate daily logs, and queue up equipment requests without a single bar of LTE.
We also made a strict architectural decision to run all of our mechanical and electrical engineering calculators entirely client-side. When a user interacts with our dynamic "Spaghetti View" visualizer to verify NEMA cable tray fill limits, there are no server round-trips slowing them down. It is instant, native math, built directly into the browser.
My personal favorite part of this build was creating the PDF generation engine. It takes all of that pristine, zero-latency field data and instantly generates immutable, GPS-verified reports that foremen can text directly to the General Contractor—completely bypassing the need for an account.
We would absolutely love for the PH community to stress-test our architecture today. Try out the Free Calculators on your phone, and let us know if the UI feels as frictionless as we intended!
I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer any technical questions about our stack or our product-led growth strategy. Let's chat! 🚀
