Sync Notion is a mobile-first calendar, task manager, and habit tracker that connects directly to your existing Notion databases. Reuse the setup you already have and switch between multiple calendar views (month, week, and day) to see your schedule the way you like, while keeping Notion, Google Calendar, and your phone’s native calendar in sync. On iOS, you can also add a home screen widget to quickly glance at your upcoming events.

Takahiro Nagano

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Takahiro, an indie developer from Japan and the creator of Sync Notion.

I live in Notion every day, but juggling my schedule across Notion, Google Calendar, and my phone’s calendar became a mess. I wanted one place on mobile to see events, todos, and habits from my Notion databases with a fast, clean calendar view.

Sync Notion connects to your existing Notion databases and turns them into a focused calendar, task manager, and habit tracker. It’s available on iOS and Android, and has already passed 50,000 downloads with a 4.5★ rating, mainly among Japanese users.

To celebrate the Product Hunt launch, there’s a special campaign: if you install Sync Notion from the link on the landing page in this post, you can unlock the Pro plan in the app for free during the campaign period.

I’d love your feedback on the experience — what feels good on mobile, what’s confusing, and what you’d like to see next. Thanks so much for checking out Sync Notion! 🙏

Hey Takahiro @nagano ,

Congrats on the launch of Sync Notion! The mobile-first calendar and task manager that syncs with Notion sounds like a great tool for streamlining schedules. I really like the idea of keeping everything in sync across Google Calendar and the native phone calendar.

Just curious, how’s the response been so far? Any marketing strategies you’re focusing on to spread the word? Would love to hear how things are going for you!
