Hi folks! My name is Gianluca, I'm the Founder of symplistic.ai. I've always hated technology that was difficult to use. I had a vision since as long as I remember, and a vow to myself that whatever I do, I will make it so stupid easy to use it's almost laughable. Before I started symplistic.ai, I tried to implement an AI chatbot on my website, and the setup process way insane. Days or even weeks of work, you had to set a list of questions and answers, a style of answering, the list goes on. We now enable customers with large websites to simply fill out our sign up form, where you enter your company name, email, website url, and password. That's it. Our custom AI algorithms will do its magic and get you a working chatbot in minutes (depending on the size of the website of course :)). You then simply put 2 lines of code into your website, and that's it. We also enable customers like museums, zoos, etc to upload documents of information about pieces, animals, nature, and then generate QR codes. We have a cool little setup wizard to walk you through that process, and then simply scan the QR code and have an interactive chat with our ai chatbot about those documents. Okay, this sounds cool. The QR code feature is really interesting, esp for museums and zoos! I'm wondering - how does it handle really large websites? And can we customize how the chatbot interacts with users or is it preset? Anyway, excited to see how it evolves!
