I was running a web agency with my brother and we tried everything to acquire clients, from SEO to paid ads to cold calling, but nothing worked as well as email marketing.
Since we were only two people, we needed a way to get clients consistently without having to look for them every day. We realized targeting businesses with no website was not as effective as targeting ones with outdated websites. They already understood the value.
We used email automation tools like Instantly and Mailshake, but the emails always felt generic.
So we built Swokei.
You can upload leads from anywhere like Apollo or use Swokei’s built in lead finder. It analyzes each prospect’s website and generates a deeply personalized message based on real issues like design, SEO, and mobile optimization. Then you can run full email automation inside the platform.
This took our interested reply rate from 2% to 9%.
Targeting businesses with outdated websites instead of businesses with no websites is such a practical insight. They already understand the value already, which probably makes conversion much easier.
Also like that the personalization is based on actual website issues instead of generic AI lines. That’s where most cold email tools still feel robotic.
Curious though, how are you avoiding the generated emails from sounding too “AI polished”? That’s something I’m starting to notice a lot in outbound recently.
@seif_alsaatie Congrats on the launch 🚀
