Review of Switchboard
I used Switchboard for a team brainstorming session where we were looking for ideas and best practices we could add to our website. Each team member dragged in and examples of websites we could use for inspiration. The result was several dozen good examples that were open, easy to review and interact with -- and they were already stored and organized for future reference. Imagine a big Figma board, but with anything you want and your teammates in there. Nobody had to "drive" the meeting, and there was no switching around between tabs or Slacking URLs back and forth. It was a really effective meeting, and I look forward to figuring out other ways we can use Switchboard.

Switchboard has changed the way I work with teams and even do solo work. It's incredibly powerful, fast, and easy to use. It feels like an extension of your mind, that makes those mind melding sessions that typically happen in front of whiteboard, seamless and engaging virtually. Being able to quickly drop a link to something that comes up in a meeting is a gamechanger. You can set up rooms ahead of time and fly through your agenda. It makes working on different workstreams effortless. I'm super excited to keep using Switchboard!

Review of Switchboard
We use switchboard for all of our meetings, and it has drastically improved our experience. Demoing features with multiple shared screens, private one-on-one channels with persistent resources, and the ability to embed reference materials to a meeting in general are features I can no longer imagine living without. The app looks great, runs well, and is an absolute asset to our team. Highly recommend trying it out!

From the first view - love the idea, how user friendly the app is, list of integrations with daily tools like airtable, notion and so on. I will dig in and probubly switch from Zoom to Switchboard for online education and workflow (I am online educator, speaker and coordinator).

This is the next generation of remote meetings - in the coming months teams will be meeting on Switchboard rather than Zoom/Google Meet. It’s immensely useful and exactly how I want to meet with my team. Plus it’s a bonus that it’s beautifully designed as well. The team has really dedicated a lot of thought and effort into any and all UX adjustments that make a huge a difference. So excited this is officially launching to the public so more people can benefit from it, congrats team!!

Switchboard acts like an always-on conference centre where I can meet colleagues and clients without hassle in an environment I can adapt to each individual contact. The fact that the meeting space is persistent between meetings really helps to give a sense of continuity and consistency.
