A dark-humour strategy card game where you play as a dying smartphone's operating system. Swipe left or right on incoming events - virus attacks, RAM-hungry apps, a user who's getting dangerously attached. Balance Battery, RAM, Temperature, and User Satisfaction or face a very specific, very humiliating KERNEL PANIC screen. ~200 unique cards, real-time crisis mini-games, and hardware that escalates from a Brick Phone 2G to a neural interface. The phone always loses. How is up to you.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Daniel, an indie iOS developer, and SwipeOS is my dark love letter to every phone that's ever died at the worst possible moment.
The premise came from a simple question: what if the OS was the protagonist, not the user? You're not playing on the phone - you are the phone, trying to survive your own owner.
A few things I'm particularly proud of:
The four-resource trap - Battery, RAM, Temperature, and User Satisfaction all pull against each other by design. Fix one, break another. There's no stable state, only managed chaos.
Crisis mini-games - when a resource goes critical the card loop pauses and you get a real-time intervention. Tap infected memory cells, stabilise a power surge, replay a coolant sequence. Fail and the crisis hits immediately.
The User Satisfaction death - let it hit 100% and the user decides you're sentient and starts writing fan fiction about you. It's one of the most requested "wait, that's actually an ending?!" moments.
I built this solo, and it's been fresh on the App Store.
Would love brutal feedback - especially on difficulty balance and which card events feel most/least fair.
What's the most humiliating way you've crashed so far? 👇
