I use this daily. It's 100x better than Github Copilot X and Code Interpreter.

A marvelous first-step & and truly incredible first look at the future of programming — not to mention the future of tech companies. I am genuinely astonished at the 1 star reviews: they sound SUS and make me suspicious they were written by a competitor of yours. I've been using Sweep for a few months and its scary that with most tasks it gets everything right. Every time I try it and I see a complete PR it blows me away. The rate of improvement is also crazy, I tried to have sweep do something tricky few months ago and it failed, but then a few days ago I tried that same task again and it got it perfect! Definitely give it a try.

this looks like the state of the art in replicating the junior dev using AI at the moment. the team has the right approach and are only limited by the inherent limitations of generative AI right now. would give 5 stars if the actual experience right now would be great (right now it is just the best there is, but not great). as the foundational models (including open source ones) improve, companies like Sweep AI will be prepared to take advantage of them. a big risk for all startups in the space is the release of similar features and services by OpenAI or Microsoft Co-Pilot themselves.

Excellent tool, if used in a surgical sort of way. Very powerful core concept of expressing goals to AI via tasks (i.e. GitHub Issues)
