I actually tried it while it was in beta and loved the concept! I haven't tried the duet challanges yet, how is it different compared to solo challanges?

Day three, it's going.. day four well... you start to question the process, feel alone, and workouts are not happening. That's because even though you know what to do, you don't have the motivation, and nobody is keeping you accountable. This is where Sweatspace comes in! Sweatspace is a social fitness app that lets you exercise with friends and family over video. Instead of you following a set routine week after week, trying to get fit alone - your friends will be sending workout challenges based on your fitness profile, and you will have 24 hours to record your challenge and send it back, simple as that! Users have options to choose solo or duet challenges, and for every successful workout, all participants get points and a shareable video. It is hard to make exercising a habit, especially now where our lives changed fundamentally due to COVID. We don't trust crowds in restaurants, gyms, or anywhere the way we used to. Sweatspace is a digital app that's on the right side of pandemic and our goal is to keep our users both healthy and socialized while staying safe. We would love for everyone to check it out! We truly believe Sweatspace will make exercising fun and social in the comfort of your home. We would love to get some feedback, and I'm happy to answer questions! what's next: We have 30+ fitness moves and adding new ones every week. In addition to fitness challenges, we will be rolling out cardio, meditation, yoga, and dieting challenges as well.

Hey Julide- Just tried it out, and it is quite neat. Had some fun doing some squats. Looking forward to trying out more mini activities in the future!

It seems like this could do it for me! I normally hate going to the gym and doing workout plans. And with the pandemic, it was already a boring task with youtube videos. But, having challenges with friends sounds exciting. Now I can bother them every day with challenges so that we can finally stay active and healthy.
