SusTern AI-Commerce didn't start as a random SaaS pitch. We built it after seeing the same operational friction unfold repeatedly across specialty retail and B2B trade. Order processing lived in scattered PDF attachments, inventory updates required manual spreadsheet passes, and catalog data was completely fragmented across manufacturers, distributors, and merchants. B2B teams were effectively working as human data bridges just to keep orders moving.

We could not find an intelligent infrastructure layer that connected those dots natively without adding more overhead, so we built an agentic supply chain platform to handle it.
