I built this because most static analysis tools tell you if your code is correct — none tell you if it is efficient in the energy sense. The tool is intentionally honest about its limits. Every finding is Tier 1 (static analysis only) and the report says plainly it is directional, not a measurement. Carbon washing is a real problem and I did not want to add to it.
